Lemoore Residents Directory is privately operated. It describes and links to public rolls, record indexes, and directory collections relating to Lemoore, Kings County, and California. It does not host government records and is not affiliated with a public office, court, library, or records custodian.
2. Permitted and Prohibited Use

11. California Law
California law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The California Public Records Act is Government Code sections 7920.000 through 7931.000. California’s consumer privacy framework includes the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act at Civil Code section 1798.100 and following. Those statutes govern public custodians and covered businesses, not the operators’ ability to change a government record.

If a court finds one part of these terms unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
